General Mechanics


  1. Alveo Access is open to all qualified owners of Alveo Land properties.
  2. A qualified Alveo Access Member refers to any person who meets ANY of the following criteria:
    • A current registered unit/property owner of any Alveo Land property
    • An individual who reserves* at least one Alveo Land unit starting January 1, 2015, executes the pertinent sales agreement, and successfully completes the booking** process.

      *Reservation is made when the buyer has submitted the reservation agreement form and has paid the full reservation fee.
      **Booking is made when the buyer has been CI approved, submitted pertinent documents and has paid the complete 10% down payment for unit purchased.
  3. As a member, an individual may accumulate incentive points every time he/she successfully books his/her Alveo Land property:
    • A buyer is awarded 200 points for every 1M total contract price

      **points will only be awarded to whole million values
    • Awarded points will be doubled for bookings of 30 days or less from date of reservation
    • Alveo Access Member may choose to accumulate his or her rewards points to avail of higher value incentives
    • Accumulated points are valid within two years from issuance
  4. Alveo Access is applicable to all projects and payment schemes. Buyers can avail of promo terms concurrently being implemented.
  5. All redemptions are considered final as soon as order is submitted for processing.
  6. The Alveo Access account also serves as a member’s privilege account for select establishments/organizations specified in the program.

    • benefits are non-convertible to cash, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service or discount
    • sale or barter of any Alveo Access benefits is prohibited.
  7. Should the buyer decide to withdraw purchase of the unit, his or her Alveo Access points will be deducted from his or her account.
  8. The Alveo Access Account is the property of Alveo Land and is issued by Alveo Land to all its existing buyers.
    • Only one (1) account shall be issued for every unique buyer name.
    • Memberships may be suspended, revoked or terminated at the sole
    • All questions or disputes regarding the member's eligibility for any discretion of Alveo Land without incurring liability. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the Alveo Access member's eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., Alveo Land's decision shall prevail. redemption shall be resolved by Alveo Land with the concurrence of DTI.
